Video feedback/learner response
1) Type up your feedback from your teacher.
WWW: exactly one minute long, good choice of images, transition to contrapuntal(wipe), consistent pace matched the sound, effective parallel sound
EBI: include key words in description, embed the video, low volume images, abrupt ending, handed in late
2) Type up your feedback from fellow students - you can summarise key points if several students give you similar feedback.
WWW: good contrast between parallel and contrapuntal, constant pace throughout the video, high quality images in the second half
EBI: low quality images in the beginning, need to use smooth ending transition, use original videos
3) Now reflect on your work and write your own evaluation of your video. Write a 'What went well' (WWW) paragraph and a paragraph for 'Even Better If' (EBI) underneath the rest of your feedback.
WWW: I used a distinct difference between the contrapuntal and parallel images, using peaceful images at the start in comparison to the fighting images. Good pace throughout the video, using each clip for 5 seconds and 6 clips for parallel and 6 clips for contrapuntal. Good transition between the contrapuntal and parallel images using a vertical wipe.
EBI: The images at the start were low resolution meaning that they were harder to see clearly. The images I used were not original clips in comparison to other people using original clips. The ending of the video needs a smoother ending instead of just it cutting.
4) Learner response: compare your own video against your evaluation of the top three videos in the class. Whose did you think was best and why? How could you have improved your own video?

My top 3 in the class was dyari, laiyla and olivia because all 3 of them used there own clips for the parallel images creating a sense of interest for the audience, they also had high resolution images at the start. I could improve mine by using high quality images throughout the video.
5) Finally, what have you learned about the importance of sound to film and TV through this week's work?I have learnt the importance of sound to the audience is vital as they can experience the film differently with the sound
